My 2017-2018 Collection

One of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make as designer of S.Nicole is to change my logo and targeted market . I have decided to take my designing & artistic inspiration in a totally different direction, so that you the audience benefit, the art of design benefits, and the S.Nicole Love spreads all over the place. I don't have an actual team, as it stands. This doesn’t mean you won’t see amazingly talented designs with me, it just means you will see them sporadically until I form a design team to help me in my efforts. But possibly in a new capacity in the future. Hopefully all these changes will create more inspiration for you!

S.Nicole by Shabeba is visually artistic with a form of interdisciplinary perspective, combining history of ideas and representations, material culture, and the history of modern and contemporary art on a fashion forward level. S.Nicole Designs surrounds a relationship between art and fashion from sociological, historical, anthropological and technical perspectives

About Shabeba

After living in Atlanta For the past 17 years Shabeba with a passion to design a contemporary sleek, classy line in Kansas City Fueled by the constant influence of fashion in this vibrant market of fashion-forward Kansas City women, Shabeba launched S.Nicole Designs August of 2012. With a constant pulse on trends and new innovative combinations, Shabeba reflects a design sensibility of what Kansas City women represent so well, CONFIDENCE!… about her designs "Fabrics fuel my passion to create new looks… from my point of view, fabrics transform the mood of the design. Sometimes that means the design becomes dark and exotic, at other times fabric can sharpen and reflect that modern edge I’m looking for. Within each collection, I use textures to bring out and modulate the design. For example, heavier embellishments are textures that give certain designs of mine… and the woman that wear them… a tone, a voice ,a simplistic persona."… about Kansas City "it's my hometown, so I’m biased. Kansas City is one of a very few exclusive global fashion meccas where women with a sense of style and means can flourish and define an essential part of this vibrant metropolitan culture. The fashion industry has roots here. I’d like to see more fashion designers, not just retailers, return and have more influence on Kansas City business world.
